These Bye-laws re-enact the River Lagan Tidal Navigation and General Bye-laws 1995 which are revoked by the substitution of Article 19 of the Laganside Development (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 by Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Laganside Corporation Dissolution Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 and the dissolution of the Laganside Corporation under that Order.
